We spent another week at the Lake of the Ozarks. This was our third lake trip with our friends, the Hoyles, and I’d say the best one yet! Our kids are a blast these days- we had ages 6, 5, 5, 4, 2, and 2. They all love the water and everything that goes with it. We are so grateful to my parents for letting us use their place to make lots of great family memories! Cat and I drove up early with all six kids in one van. We made record time- again! Friday morning the guys had to work, so we coved out on the boat and swam. Later that day we swam in the pool, pulled the kids on the ski trainer and grilled out on the balcony. The next day we spent the whole day at a fun beach restaurant playing in the sand and enjoying the long boat ride. Sunday we swam in the pool soaking up every last minute of fun. James was having so much fun, we decided to stay two more nights. We had blast with more swimming, fishing and boating and even a trip to Miner Mike’s arcade. Cat and I have concluded that reality is overrated, and we want to live at the lake! Picture overload below:
Doing their own bait!
